Review : Feels great - Tracks horrible and no customer service
Pro - I have large hands and use a claw grip. The mouse is one of the more comfortable I've used.
Cons - the tracking is HORRIBLE. There is a serious flaw with their tracking drivers. It will work as expected for a while, then will suddenly lock into either the X or Y axis. The only fix is to unplug it and plug it back in several times. Sometimes it must be left unplugged for 20-30 seconds or it won't start tracking again. For a gaming mouse - this completely ruins the experience. At other times, it doesn't recover from screen saver mode, sleep mode or hibernate mode without having to unplug it and re-plug it in each time.
Their customer service is like I've read everywhere else, non-existent. I've sent in two support tickets and haven't heard anything in almost two weeks.
I can't recommend this mouse at all.
It has locked up TWICE just while writing this short review.
