Review : It grows on you...
I just got this headset today, so everything i am saying is just my first impression. Maybe in the future i will get used to these things. First, the earcups are very hard, and don't go over your ears. I am used to the x12 headset where they go nicely over your ears. Second, the part where you change the game and chat volume is huge! This is also compared to the x12 headset, but the picture on amazon is very deceiving. There isn't much noise cancellation with the headset, but since i'm waiting for Black Ops 2 to come out, i have not yet heard the sound quality on the headset. Now for the cosmetic stuff. The earcups feel very cheap, and they flop around very easily. The wire connecting the two ears is very noticeable and you can see the glue keeping it together. Overall, if your getting this for the cushons or the looks, perhaps this isnt the headset for you. P.S. the cloth wires are badass, so not everything is displeasing...
